About Me
I'm a 42 year old lucky mom of 3 kids, Garry 18, Alyssa 14, and my baby Olivia 6. I have 3 furry children as well, Misty, Shadow and Ziggy. I work for an Optometry office as a patient accounts representative as well as secretary and Optician assistant. I'm hoping to be certified by the end of next year. My husband Jim and I have been together for almost 11 years. He's an over the road truck driver which means that the girls and i spend a lot of time together without him. My son is in florida going to school so it's just me and my girls here at home. If you want to know anything more, just ask :)
Music
I'm a sucker for soundtracks! The one in my CD player right now is from The Pirates of the Caribbean At World's End movie. I LOVE the symphony and the opera but love so many other types of music as well. Here are some of the artists I listen to most...Evanescence, Breaking Benjamin, Dolores O'Riordan, Lorenna McKennitt, Enya, Secret Garden, Emerald Rose, Collective Soul, Pink, Nelly Furtado, Gwen Stefani, Genesis, Phil Collings, Sting, you name it, i've probably got in on my IPOD :)
Movies
Pirates of the Caribbean trilogy and Lord of the Rings trilogy are my ultimate favorites....but i'm a movie buff so there are too many to list to put here...i'm a HUGE Johnny Depp fan, so his movies are usually top of my list :)
TV
I don't get to watch too much TV...I do prefer music, but there are a few shows i've gotten caught up with. Heroes, Grey's Anatomy, Desperate Housewives and Brothers and Sisters.
Books
OMG...this would be worse than trying to name movies. I LOVE reading, as do both my daughters, we spend a lot of time in bookstores and libraries. Some of my favorite authors... Stephen King, Dean Koontz, Kim Harrison, Nora Roberts, Brenda Joyce, Catherine Coulter, Iris Johannsen, Tami Hoag, Ann Rice, Brian Cook, anything Pagan related..Dorothy Morrison, Gerina Dunwich, Scott Cunningham, Sirona Knight...so many more..not enough room :)
Likes
Rainy days and thunderstorms with spectacular lightning shows, the first snowfall, watching my children playing...hearing them laugh, MUSIC, gardening, candlemaking, shopping (I AM female..lol)...there aren't many things I don't like...
Dislikes
Judgemental people, hate, prejudice, bullying, rudness, people who don't value the quality of life or underestimate the quality of their own, meanness.
Hobbies
MUSIC, gardening, candlemaking, jewelry making, reading, sewing (when i have time), this computer :)
Vices
I don't smoke, I only drink wine on occasion, i do LOVE chocolate and sweets and can't say no to them so I would think that's my vice :)
Virtues
My girls, my faith in the divine and belief in others.
Heroes
I don't know if I have any heroes...there are people I believe in, but no heroes.

Merry Meet to all! I'm a solitary, eclectic witch who tends to lean towards the Celtic trad for most things. I have deep roots in Ireland (my Mom) and Scotland (my Dad) and have been researching my family geneology for quite some time. Say hello some time if you'd like to know more :)
